Peter LaLicata moved to the United States from Sicily in 1958. He immediately started working for a large general contractor. After about five years, Peter started his own company. His son, Michael, soon joined the team to follow in his father's footsteps. Michael fell in love with the business and took over the day-to-day operations shortly after he graduated from high school.

Peter partially retired in 1993 and then fully retired in 2000. He now enjoys hunting and fishing, and he loves spending time with his grandchildren.
